As of the moment, those are just rumors going around since Bing has been appearing in Facebook's logout page. These has been heavily discussed in the business world.
Though there is surely evidence of this happening, these are just rumors.
The Bing add in Facebook's logout page is marketing strategy by Microsoft. Microsoft has entered a deal with Facebook for a marketing add in Facebook's logout page. Clearly, the 2 big companies are doing this all for business and nothing more.
This also gives Microsoft and edge over Yahoo who has been rumored to be finding ways to get Facebook's "attention".
