“Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Outlook MUI (English) 2010’ is the error message displaying when I launch Outlook 2012. Then Windows shutdown the software. What can be done? I don’t have enough the 20 post so that why I cannot post pictures. Please anyone help me?

That's odd. I only see that message whenever I uninstall Microsoft Office from my computer. The program displays that message on the screen while preparing the whole package for modification.

But in your case, you are not doing any installation or modification to the program that’s why there’s no reason for the application to display that message on your screen.

I think maybe you did a previous installation or uninstallation to Microsoft Office 2010 that didn’t successfully complete and this is the result. Check other Microsoft Office applications in your computer if this thing also happens when opening them.

If not and this problem only happens to Microsoft Office Outlook, try uninstalling or removing only this feature from Microsoft Office 2010 package and then restart your computer.

After booting check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. After that, install Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 again from Microsoft Office 2010 package. Let the whole process complete before quitting.
