To download MediaCoder for PSP, click here. The download will begin automatically and once it completes, double click the file to begin the installation. Agree to the EULA when prompted to do so and choose any additional components you wish to be installed. When you start MediaCoder for the first time, you will see the start page
You can go straight to the main window for video encoding by clicking "Start Now" or you can configure MediaCoder by clicking "Config Wizard". You can check the "Skip this screen at startup" before clicking any of those two buttons to not see this screen again.
