This is an extension trouble. Activate all the extensions once you boot with extensions off, except for those that are NOT important enough to be turned on (including all 3rd-party extensions for installed programs, etc.). Restart and see what happens.

Hi Jonathoon,

You need to set up the Mac's PRAM, NVRAM, and Open Firmware.

Shut down Mac, then push the power button on. Before screen lights up, promptly hold down the Command, Option, P, and R keys, until the system has chimed twice more after the start. Next , before the screen lights up, press down Command-Option-O-F until the Open Firmware screen prompts. Afterwards enter these lines, pressing Return after each one:

reset-nvram
set-defaults
reset-all

List of devices:
devalias

List of variables
printenv

mac-boot

If you act late while doing this, shutdown your system, then hold down the option key. This will help appear the startup manager. Start up your machine. Click on the dvd image. Click on the arrow icon.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Baker
