Although it was hard before to use lotus notes on Google before but now Google has provided new API's that can be directly used for Lotus. You can make use of  use Google as a bridge to Lotus Notes. It Will allow you to:
1. Access your Lotus Notes calendar through Google.
2. Access your Lotus Notes calendar using any software, which supports CalDAV, iCal, Atom or HTML.
3. No need to configure or expose your Lotus Domino Server to the Internet.

You can use the Google interfaces to access lotus notes. This will therefore allow you connectivity of lotus notes thought Google.
Therefore you will be able to access your notes which are stored on Lotus. The Google's interface are free and open source so you don't even have to worry about the money. You can use it through android or iPhone too.
