It does not mention the error but report as an internal error. What is the error it encountered internally? A screenshot of the error message is as under. Please help me to get a remedy of the issue.

Hello,
There might be a problem with your internal files of the software. The internal files might have been missing of have been corrupted so you have encountered a problem. The only way to overcome the problem is to uninstall the software and reinstall it. I suggest you to download the fresh copy of the software from the internet and install it.
