Hi there! Back up is very important so your files can be restored if you lost it. By default your iPhone will automatically sync and create a backup each time your iPhone is connected to your computer and if you want manual back up you can do that also. Try this, Plug your iPhone into your computer, Launch iTunes, Select your iPhone in the ‘DEVICES’ list, Right-Click on your iPhone, Select “Back Up” AND Wait for iPhone backup to complete.
