I am looking for help to fix an Internal Error 2755.3. This started when trying to install the Sperry application add-in, an error message is coming which says ‘Internal Error 2755.3’ and an error ‘pathname/mapped drive not found’. Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Akohli Hi!!

You are encountering this issue when you are trying to install on a terminal service. To fix this, you have to move the UNC and then put it on the mapped drive.

Hello,

This error only appears to occur when installing on a Terminal Server. The solution is to use a UNC in place of the mapped drive.
