Instant Access OCR pop up message

Whenever I click my instant access OCR this pop up message comes out.

And yes I also keep on sending it out to report it to Microsoft nothing happens, it is becoming bothersome.

What to do about it?

I am not using it doesn’t work anyway.

What is this pop  up message?

Instant Access OCR pop up message

That pop up message only informs you that Windows encounters errors while launching the program. This kind of error is common to programs that are incompatible with the operating system.

This program does not check the version of the operating system during its installation. That is why it will never work no matter how persistent you are in launching the program.

The solution would be finding the right version of the program that is compatible with the version of Windows that is running in your computer. Before installing any software, always make it a habit to check the documentation of the program to check if it is compatible to run in your Windows.
