Installation failure: Running post install

I am currently installing a database management system for me to be able to manage one of my current project. The problem is there happens to be an error message while doing so. I took the liberty of having a screen shot of it and posted it here as well together with this message. What do I need to do for me to be able to install it properly? Thanks.

Hi John S Blanding,

I would like to focus more on your installer, first, I notice that your system have used the x86 program files, it means that you have the installer at 32-bit binary? If so, please reconsider the things before installing, your system should have a 64-bit binary operating system, in lieu of your operating system, you should pattern your PostgreSQL installer into and 64-bit installer or x64. Expected error will occur if you do not pattern your operating system to your installer. Always remember that
