Norton 360 security suit is for general user, who doesn't want to know the technical details, just want to protect his/her PC. 2013 edition of Norton 360 includes all the features Norton Internet Security has. Norton 360 has three category interface: General, Backup and PC Tuneup. Norton last edition also has general task, but Backup and PC Tuneup specifically for Norton 360. It has powerful online and local backup system. It also does the PC tuneup which will speed system performance. You can get hardware, software and security related detail diagnostic reports. 
 
Good-not-great score in PCMag's malware blocking test. Minor effect on system performance.
