Can someone tell me about a good web-site in-depth for creating Outlook/Exchange 2003 rights, VBA, forms, visibility, setting up security in MSO product?

Hello.

I am not so sure if there is a website for creating outlook, but I know that it comes with windows and therefore all you need is to configure it, link to your email address so that you be downloading emails from your online mail like yahoomail and then be reading them offline. If you do not want to use outlook that comes with windows then you can download Outlook express online and install it. I do not see the need you will want to create an outlook application from scratch when there are these ones already.

The programs you can use for creating visual basic applications and forms and the best interfaces include java and C++. You can get tutorials online for these programs.
