I can’t start my Acer Easystore H340

When I try to boot my Acer Easystore H340, the power led is off, the network led is blue(blinks), and the 'i' led is also blue. I tried to boot it many times but without success.  I have been working perfectly and there hadn't been any power surge. I can't figure out the problem? Does it have a fix?

 I had a problem like that months ago and contacted Acer through Phone nothing happened. What I did is I run the recovery CD and remove the software by following the stated instructions. Acer should be turned off and you should hold the power for 5 seconds. You then use a small and long object to push the recovery button and keep pressing this button while you turn on your unit. The unit will now flash a red light and wait until the light will transform into blue. You can now follow the instructions in your recovery CD and use your unit without delay.
