I have an HP Probook 4530 s that keeps on turning off according to its will. I don't know what is the problem with it. Initially I thought that this was a problem with the battery but it keeps on turning off even when the laptop is plugged in. Is this a Windows related issue? Or is this a problem with my laptop?

Hello,

Even I had this problem without any mush usability of the HP Probook and tried few things to get it back working properly, but nothing worked for me. I was a bit disappointed due o this. Later I tried these steps to get my HP Probook 4530 in a working condition and it actually worked for me.

1. Firstly press the turn on button for a while and see if the Probook respond or any light blinks due to this.

2. Then head over to the next step by turning over your HP Probook and carefully remove its battery and clean it, then place it again correctly. Make sure you placed it back correctly also clean it smoothly to remove any dust if it's there.

Now turn on your Probook it will work or turn on now perfectly. Try this and let me know did it help you.
