In our small company we have a two small servers, which serving the machine name: dot1.get.com. We cannot reach the DNS server of the domain - get.com. We don't have access to this server.
Can we add another subdomain dot2.get.bg only by modifying these two DNS servers?

This is genuine Exclusive Serves emulation. Create all the brands in your DNS to factor on your VIP. Determine a lot of LB virtual hosts (one for each application). Determine articles transferring virtual hosts making guidelines depending on the "Host" area in the customer's HTTP headers to check which brands is focused by the consumer. Then according to the articles transferring guidelines, forward the ask for to the right LB virtual coordinator.
Beware of the SSL virtual hosts, as all brands will factor to 1 virtual coordinator and 1 document, you'll have to use a combination website / wildcard document as you said. You can also use a SAN centered document.
