How to sign up multiple subdomain for a single IP ?

In our small company we have a two small servers, which serving the machine name: dot1.get.com. We cannot reach the DNS server of the domain – get.com. We don't have access to this server.

Can we add another subdomain dot2.get.bg only by modifying these two DNS servers?
