Hello!

I am new to Ubuntu and I want to know the runarounds in this platform. Provide me instructions on how to set-up password in this platform? What are the things that I need to remember? Do I need to type any codes? Give me a good and detailed instructions for this problem? Enumerate the system requirements also for this platform? Can I still use the old files that I saved to my external hard disk? If not how to recover and convert them?

Please guide me.

How to setup operating system from Windows 7 to Ubuntu 12.04

Hello,

            The windows are upgrading to Windows 7 there may a few challenges have brought to the table. The instructions on installing Ubuntu on windows helped a lot for Ubuntu 14.04 version.

            Last week I tried to play around with dual booting Ubuntu 14.04 and windows 7. It works where the USB has been created using create a UEFI bootable drive.

            The backup devices are advised to use Macrium reflect for system images. If we create recovery files we need an external hard disk and copy it to another drive and we don't have no guarantee for windows 7operating system.
