How possible an iPhone explorer retrieves deleted videos? By the way I would like to know the true importance and the use of an iPhone explorer, come and share with me your experiences with the iPhone 4s mobile device. I have lots of deleted videos and I hope it can be possibly recovered.

I found the easiest solution for your problem, follow these steps.
Scan and recover iTunes backup.
Click recover from iTunes backup file button then scan your devices. Once scanning is complete you will get a list of videos which can be recovered. Select your desired video file and click Recover button. You will understand this much better if you check following pictures:
There is another way to recover your deleted videos directly from your iPhone using a software called iPhone Data Recovery. The application is available for both Windows and Mac so download the version applicable to your operating system. Once installed, start iPhone Data Recovery then connect your phone to your computer using the USB cable. When your iPhone is detected, select “Recover from iOS Device.”
Since you have an iPhone 4s, you can just go straight scan your device by clicking “Start Scan.” But if you have an iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS, you need to enter the DFU mode. To enter the DFU mode, press and hold the Power button and Home button on your phone simultaneously then click “Start Scan.”
After ten seconds, release the Power button but keep holding the Home button until the program prompts you that you entered the DFU mode then release the Home button. The program will then start scanning your phone. When scan is complete, select “Camera Roll” to see all the captured photos and videos. Check the items you want to recover then click “Recover.”
