Method 1- Computer freezing.
Step 1: Turn off the computer by unplugging it.
Step 2: After sometime plug in and restart it.
Step 3: Check whether your computer get heat up fast and do the diagnostics.
Step 4: check the temperature of the metal chassis after opening the cabinet of the computer.
Step 5: Inspect your Device Drivers and Hard Disk.
Step 6: Click Start then Programs then Accessories then System Tools and then System Restore.
Step 7: Run a good antivirus software.
Method 2: Blue Screen
Step 1: If the computer doesn't start, then the reason may be power supply or motherboard.
Step 2: If your computer starts but ends up with the blue screen.
Step 3: Try Safe Mode.
Step 4: Test screen, RAM, video card.
