Hi Friends,

How to do Google position check, Will I be able to check the keyword position in Google ranking. Is it possible to check the keyword position for my own domains and competitor domains. Please advice on how and where to check Google position of a single keyword for many domains.

To check for your domain ranking in Google by means of key word visit the following web address

Once in the website,

1.       Type your key word in the text box given

2.       Type your domain name in the domain text box


This website also allows you to also check the keyword ranking against competitor domains

There is obviously a way to check the rank of your desired keyword in your domain on Google. For this you can visit the Google Rank Checker by Search Engine Genie. On visiting of the page, follow these steps: 

          1. Scroll down to find the Position Checker Tool

          2. Enter your Domain Name or website URL

          3. Enter the specific keyword for which you want to check the rank

          4. Select Google's Regional Domain: this option searches for all the domains in the specified region and brings out your competitor domains.

          5. Solve the captcha entry and write down the answer in the box

          6. Click on Submit

After some time, the tool is going to show you the position of your domain according to the keyword you provided.
