How to create pdf of Excel selected section

Hi all, I have designed a nice time table in excel but while sending it online to my sister, it is losing the alignment and the table breaks. I thought of converting it to pdf online but the pdf report comes with the watermark. I am unhappy about this. Is is possible to convert one or more sheet in excel to pdf so that the formatting will never go off the sheet? I need to create pdf of only the area where I have entered my time table data? Another question is can I create editable pdf from excel so that my sister can make several copies and update her plan by herself rather than me doing it every time?

Solution 1:

1. First Install a excel to PDF printer software like Adobe PDF ready.

2. As you want to print only selected cells you can do it in printer settings.

3. Click Ctrl+ P after selecting the selection.

4. The print settings and preview page will be opened.

5. In MS 2010 excel there is Settings.

6. Under that go for “Print Selection”.

7. This will enable the option to print only selected area.

8. Now if you check the preview, the selected cell will be only visible.

9. Click Print
