What expertise goes into managing data centers across the world? Are there particular guidelines for every data centre to follow regardless of which country is hosting the data centre? If I want to build a data center what things must I consider carefully before embarking on such a monumental project?

It is a facility that centralizes the I.T. operations and equipment of a company or an organization including the storage, dissemination, and management of data.
It encloses a network’s most vital systems and important to the stability of daily operations. One example of a data center is the NCDC or the National Climatic Data Center. It is a public data center that keeps the world’s biggest records of weather information. It is possible to maintain a private data center within a specialized facility or within the facilities of an organization.
