Help, printer spooler is missing

How do I replace a missing printer spooler in a system? My system is complaining that I should reset printer spooler whenever I send printing job to the installed printer. I run “service.msc” in window’s run line, but the printer spooler is not in the list. Why is the printer spooler not in the list? Could it be that someone tamper with it? Where can I find the printer spooler?
