Hello, I am getting problem with Nero photo snap viewer. Recently when I try to open any photos I get an error message “file C:documents and settingsadministratormy documentsmy pictures could not be opened”
But all of my photos are supposed to be opened in this application. I have read through the manual and I have looked through settings but still get this error.
Please, help me.

Kindly follow the steps below in order for you to resolve your concern:
1. Kindly open Nero Photo Snap Viewer
2. Kindly click File
3. Then, click Configure Plug ins
4. Then, kindly highlight, C:Program Files…….
5. Click Un-register so that all of the pictures will be cleared.
6. Close Nero Photo Snap Viewer
7. Re-open Nero Photo Snap Viewer, so the plug-ins will load again
8. Try to open a picture from your saved files.
And also, keep that in mind that Nero is not a Culprit software. Sometimes we accidentally open a picture by clicking the left mouse so many times that is why Nero application crashes. Nero is programmed to open a picture one at a time.
