Hello, I am using NTI backup now advanced software for restore my files. Sometimes it makes errors. I have lost my folder, so I restore it using NTI backup now advanced software. My word 2007 files properly restored, but my videos didn’t work. So please give me the answer and reasons for this error. Thanks.

If you want to get your data back then i think that you have to use the get data back software so that you can get each and every thing even you windows file too. As NTI is a good software to use but there are some of the things that cannot be retrieve by using it. So if you use get data back for NTFS or FAT file system then you can get even better result and can recover what you want. I personally have used that software.Â

It’s very simple with NTI backup 5.5, first you have to select what to back up, Simple select your videos, music etc, or your documents from use My Profile tab. Now you choose the destination for your back-up, it’s up to you that you choose external hard drive, CDs, Blu-ray discs, network drive etc, now the destination capacity will be very clearly on chart. Now the last you have to decide when and how often you want your backup job to run.
