Hello experts, I am using windows 8 operating system. I have downloaded the NTI backup now advanced software and I have tried to install it. But I got some error message from system. So I need to know how to install NTI backup now advanced software for windows 8 OS. Thanks.

Hello,

You should specify us exactly the error shown by the NTI backup software in order to help you more accurately. Therefore you should firstly check if the program is compatible with windows 8 and also try running the installation wizard with right click run as administrator. If this doesn't work you should also disable the UAC from the control panels and users tab

Hi

Have a nice time!  While this does not mean the program won’t back up hard drives at all, this lack is something to consider if you're trying to find the happy medium between a full and incremental backup. Though this software doesn’t offer all of the modes that others do, there are other good options for compression and security. You can even create a recovery disc on CD or DVD, which is a useful backup format in case of a disaster.

As we worked our way through the Windows backup wizard, we found we missed having a “Next” button. Other programs we reviewed in our lineup guided us through step by step, but with this application we weren’t always sure which fields required input in order to back up files. The first step in particular was confusing. It is actually for creating file type filters. Clicking the “Advanced” button brought up the screen that let us select the file locations. We didn’t actually learn this until we tried to start the Windows backup and the program told us to pick a source file location. Having a “Next” button would reduce these types of errors because it would force you through the required fields.
