I would assume that you have tried this on all your USB ports and still the problem persists.
I think that the problem either lies with the USB Cord or the driver inside the keyboard.
If that is the case then getting a driver in the internet will not make it work.
If the product is within the warranty period, you can return it and tell them the problem and they will replace it.
