A game shows error message box

Hello,

During the game this error message box appeared and closed my game and I lost some data because I didn’t save them. Sometimes this error appears and sometimes it didn’t. Can anyone help me please so fix this error? What is causing this and how can I prevent it in the future? Thank you!

A game shows error message box

Hello There,

Actually this is a simple crash and can be caused because of several issues.

Usually this kind of abrupt crash is related to pirated or cracked version usage, but as you are commenting on this forum, I believe you don’t use or encourage usage of pirated software.

One big reason could be , attempt to use football manager as EA sports FIFA plug in, this is really tricky and sometimes brings up very annoying issues. So, if you are doing so or using any kind of unsupported plug in , please stop and remove these.

Now, you should try to clean up memory, close some programs and re-launch the game, analyze whether it crashes often or it was just an incident.

Have the stat and get in touch with Game support team.
