Filemaker Pro Error on retrieving records

Hi guys,

I am using our inventory application under file maker pro, when I am about to retrieve a record ,I meet an error it tells that no record was present, please below the error message and its options.

No records are present. To create a new record choose

the New Record menu command.

When I saw the error message, first came to my mind is the record was deleted, since I have used that record a while ago and edited it, I know its present, I don't remember  deleting the record, and nobody is also using the application, since its only installed in my computer, and not shared across the network, I am wondering what might be the cause of this record loss, please share some ideas on my problem, thanks guys

Filemaker Pro Error on retrieving records


Under your file maker pro, sometimes the software you downloaded is damaged pr corrupted.If your Computers windows would not updated you can try it now. After that will not recover it.May be your Computer has attack on virus. You have to scanned it.before use.

Moreover the past record which you deleted can be restored.if it is deleted by using Ctrl+Shift+del. then it will not restored.Upgrade version may fall victim on your program. It is says that half update version caused to make trial version.then.It is the right way to you re-install your system.

And use it as before you did.
