As do to the growing interest of Facebook i had downloaded Facebook application on my mobile for an easier way to be updated of my account. But i have come across an issue that when all the application in my mobile get updated Facebook application also gets updated, i similarly get the notification of my Facebook application updated but meanwhile when i come across my application it doesn't gets updated although i have got the notification. I have even deleted the application and downloaded it again but that issue remained the same. So i want to know that is there an application issue or some issue with my mobile ?

I don’t think there is a problem with that. You see, each mobile app you install on your mobile phone, it has its own configuration when it will update itself. This is a preset setting on every app you can find on the web. Not only for mobile phone apps, it’s also the same with PC applications.
They are set to update itself at a specific time or day each week or every month, it depends on the application. That’s why, if you notice that most of your apps on your phone automatically updates itself, it is normal. I guess you are only confused with the Facebook app not getting updated.
If you personally downloaded the latest Facebook app then it doesn’t require further updating since there is no new version available. It will only make an update if a new version is available and ready to install.
