Greetings everyone!

With RWEverything open, I got this error whenever I start FanSpdReg.exe.

FanSpdReg.exe

Assertion failed: mode == FAN_MODE_AUTO ll mode ==

FAN_MODE_MANUAL, file

C:DistribBuilderFanSpeedRegAcerECProviders.cpp, line 29

I am aware that you get issues when reading unnecessary values with RWEverything open, and I am thinking that maybe you could have a clear and understandable error code for a message. Like for example, you could show the user what basically the problem is, instead of all this useless codes?

It seems to be a compatibility issue here. That is what I am guessing. And that is why that error, those codes appear.

Have you tried Uninstalling RWEverything from your PC and reinstall it? Or, you should try upgrading to the latest version. Several issues have been fixed, and this might actually solve your problem.

I will provide you with a link, from where you can download the latest RWEverything version.

Also be sure that you download the software for the OS version that you are using (32/64 bit) .
