Hello,

I just a license for LogMeIn and I have this error when I want to activate it. I have tried 2-3 days in row hoping the server will come back. It passed almost 2 weeks and I didn’t solve the problem. Any solution for this error ? How can I activate the license ?

I’m not sure if this problem with LogMeIn is happening to most users or few users only. Since it is an issue with the license, check if your account contains other account or accounts aside from yours. If in case your account holds several other accounts, you need to remove them from your account and it should fix the problem.

The reason for this is because one or more of the accounts you have added to your account may not be the same with the one you are using or they are setup differently. If your account is setup as a free account and one or more of the accounts are setup as Pro 2 Trial, for example, then this error will happen.

Though I’m not sure if it’ll work but I think you can add another account to your existing account and will not receive this error as long as the other account is setup the way you setup your account. Both or all accounts should be setup the same to be able to use LogMeIn.
