Error shown while closing the program installshield 2012 express

Dear friends,

I have been using installshield 2012 express,and it has been working perfectly with my OS windows XP Pro SP3, but yesterday, when I tried to close the program, I got an error on my screen.

The print screen of the error is attached below:

isdev.exe – Application Error:

The instruction at ''0x6531d3d3'' referenced memory at ''0x07dec930''. The memory could not be ''read''. Click on OK to terminate the program

The program is running perfectly. Then, why does this error appear and what does it mean?

If anyone of you can please shed some light on this issue, let me know. I'll be really grateful.

Error shown while closing the program installshield 2012 express

There is nothing to worry about if ever you see this message displayed on your screen especially if you have newer sets of RAMs installed on your CPU. This error is usually a glitch in the application and usually appears right after you close the program. Maybe it’s because the information loaded or the data loaded in the memory can not be unloaded immediately because of some other processes being done by the CPU. But if this error is constantly appearing on your screen then maybe there is something serious going on with one of your installed RAMs.

Try restarting your computer then open that program again. Next, close Install Shield 2012 Express again then see if you still receive the previous message that appeared on your screen. You may also check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.
