Error shown from the second time of installing LCPD

Hey all, The first time I installed this, everything was alright and it went in the EFLC folder, fine. I have checked the help files, but can't find anything relevant. I get the following message when installing:

 

Microsoft.NET Framework

Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click
Continue. the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If
you click Quit. the application will close immediately Problem negotiating with G17 Media.

How can I solve this?

Error shown from the second time of installing LCPD

Hello Jem,

The following are the possible causes of that issue and their remedies:

• It may be a virus causing that issue, and it could be possibly located in some other folders apart from C:WindowsSystem32. So you will need to run a virus scan on system and see if those viruses can be found and delete them.
• You may also be using a .NET Framework version that is out of date, and therefore you will need to get the latest version. You can download the latest .NET Framework version here.
• Also make sure that the .NET Framework you download is the right one for the version of operating system you are using. If you are using Windows 7 make sure you get the right version for it, and same thing for XP and others.
