Hello,

When I use LAN network to connect a server which is running on MS Windows 7 Ultimate, an error occurred. The error message says that the folder cannot be opened and I do not have permission to access the folder. Please find below the screenshot for your reference.

Please be advised that port forwarding is working and firewall exception for FileZilla server.exe is set.

Could any expert explain the situation and advise any suggestions please? Thank you very much.

Troubleshooting:

1. The Firewall doesn't block the port 21 and we can Telnet it from the Internet.
2. We can log on the FTP using FTP command.
3. The issue seems to be Passive mode problem. To fix it, Open IP and navigate to Tools > Options > Advanced.
4. Uncheck the "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem …).
5. Check the "Enable FTP folder view outside of Internet Explorer"
