hello Christ Hilyard,

When a system file become broken or missing Because of the unstable of the system computer's maintenance will be improper. when your computer overloads with too much of data usually access violation problems happens,

* Shutdown

*installation and blue screen, such things can include as symptoms of access violation problems. To diagnose scan and repair your computer download an access violation problems repair tool and fix your problem.

I can give you another solution for tally 9

1. Check your computer memory first your RAM should be mini mum 500MB- 1GB,yor problem should solve after you doing these,

2. Open tally.ini file now set default companies = your file and back to tally. Again go to company information menu and press CTRL+ALT+R and rewrite that company
