Hello,

Every time I create a new file and press Rosegarden saves it correctly. But the second time I press save the error message displayed on the picture appears, the original file is deleted from the folder where it was saved and a temporary file remains there. There is happening something wrong and very irritating. Have any idea? Thanks in advance.

Hi there Wesley J Douglas,

The problem you're facing appears due to the compatibility problems. Rosegarden is the Linux software and as such does not work perfectly on any other operating systems, including Windows.
Windows built of Rosegarden is in the experimental mode and pretty buggy, so this is just one of the bugs.

Eventually, you can try running the software as an administrator, or use Live Ubuntu so you can run Rosegarden in its native environment.

Best regards,
Drake Vivian
