Error code: 22 Dichroics ZeissReflectorTurret

In the operation of reflector turret, I use Microscope CAN29 (COM-port connection). It sometimes causes the problem if ‘reflector turret control’

Then the Error code: 22 appears. Sometimes, ERROR CODE 3 which says ‘Dichroics ZeissReflectorTurret.

Invalid property value’ appears.

This time if I proceed with hardware config MM, it informs me of that turret is okay and ‘MM should synchronize all work sequence with its motion’

Subsequently when multidimensional acquisition is started, it can’t control the turret which is shown in the following screen shot.

Error code: 22 Dichroics ZeissReflectorTurret. Invalid property value. (Error code: 3). Device error encountered

I need immediate help. Please help.

Hi Mr. Jessielucyy,

Code 22 describes that your hardware is disabled from the directory of Device Manager.
When your hardware device is disabled in Device Manager then Code 22 error will be generated.
Mostly, Code 22 error means that your device is forced to disable the device due to deficiency of system resources or may be device is manually disabled in Device Manager.
You can view Properties of Device manager basis to detect your problem.
