Error in Accessing iCloud Mail Account

I got the error below on my iCloud Mail. I did try to create a new account, but the error is still randomly appearing.

I am also having issues when logging in to my iCloud account.

I also deselect the Mail & Notes option in System Preferences and then reselect it again, but that doesn’t help at all.

Does anyone resolve this kind of error?

Error in Accessing iCloud Mail Account

First note that To access icloud.com (your mail, contacts, calendars) following web browsers is required: 
 
1) Internet Explorer 8 or later
2) Chrome 12 or later
3) Safari 5 or later
5) Firefox 5 or later
 
Second check operating systems:-
 
iOS5       
 
For Mac:
 
1) OS x lion 7.2
3) iTunes 10.5
4) iPhone 1.1 (version 9.2) 
 
And for PC
 
1) Microsoft windows 7 or vista (service pack 2 later)
2) ICLOUD control panel 1.0
3) iTunes 10.5
4) Outlook 2007 or 2010
 
To make sure recommended web browser up to date. Instructions for updating your browsers go to update option of those browsers.
 
Third:  Clear browser's cache. A built-in option available in these web browsers.
 
Fourth : Any web browser (Internet configurations) can prevent access to iCloud mail or other services, or may be your issue Internet connection problem so contact your Internet Service Provider.
