Hi trouble shooters,

I am damn sure there is lot of empty disk space, but still why I am getting this error. I even tried this Disk Cleanup as instructed in the error message, no luck error is there. Thinking about system properties, do I need to check anything in that? Please help me to delete the file. Your help is great.

Cannot delete 6620: There is not enough free disk space.

Delete one or more files to free disk space, and then try again.

To free space on this drive by deleting old or unnecessary files, click

Disk cleanup.

Hey David,

There is no need of checking your system properties. However, this is the right procedure for deleting files: step one: use the mouse, point to the lower right corner of the screen and move the pointer up, then click “settings” or from the desktop, swipe it from the right side of the screen, tap “settings”, You can then click or tap “control panel”, and type administration in the search box, click or tap “admin tools” and then double-tap or double- click on “disk cleanup”.

Step two: in the drives list, choose the drive you want to clean and click or tap “ok”

Step three: in the disk cleanup dialog select the check boxes you want to delete, and click or tap “ok” and then click or tap “delete files”.
