I had an error so I tried to install Fix-It Utilities on Safe Mode. When I am asked for a serial number, I entered it correctly and the software continues with the installation. But in the end, I got an Error 1904 and inform me to contact my Service Personnel. Have I done wrong with the installation? How can I continue and resolve this?

This error code may occur if during the installation, there are other programs running and using the file you are trying to update. It can be a memory resident or antivirus programs which is stopping the installation. You can try to make sure that there are no background applications running other than the installation. Also, try to disable your antivirus first before proceeding with the installation. This is to make sure that the antivirus would not see the installation as a threat to your computer. You have to restart your computer after the installation. It will also automatically enable and start your background processes.
