The easiest way of earning money by outsourcing/freelancing.

I was looking for an online job as well, but i am not an expert. I had no idea there would be so much online jobs for Newbie like me! This question and answer has helped me in my quest for online jobs. I have found some websites for finding online jobs (like odesk.com).
