Hallo Pamela,

Uploading a file on the internet is a problem that needs you to have strong internet connection, and therefore you will need to ping any problems on your network that may be causing slow internet connection issues. You might as well try restarting the server and see if that will resolve the issue.

Regards,

Nicke

1. First right-click on the DropBox icon from the system tray. You need to click on the arrow to show all system tray icons.

2. Click on the gear icon and click on preference from the menu.

3. Then click on bandwidth.

4. Then choose don't limit for download limit / rate.

If the above process didn't solve it the only thing you can do is update to a faster internet connection.
