Hello
I have a list of appointments stored in my personal calender. In order to make some space in the Outlook PST database, i would like to delete appointments prior to a specific date.

Hi Jayson,
I fully understand your predicament. This is very simple, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Calendar Tab in the Navigation Pane at the bottom left side of outlook.
Step 2: Go to View -> Arrange By -> Click Show Views In Navigation Pane
Step 3: Arrangement options are now available in the lower left side. Select "By Category"
Step 4: This should list all your appointments. Arrange them by Start Date by clicking the "Start" Column header.
Step 5: Select the dates you want to remove (Ctrl + Click) and then right click any selected date and choose "Delete"
