Hello,

The problem of your CPU is in the hardware parts. If you can hear the noises like cranking, clicking, squealing, whirling or even whining, your CPU might be damaged and that noises come from the electric component/s that have been damage.

 The reasons of this are: the screw of the hardware parts is not tight enough to handle the vibration, your CPU case is not compatible with your hardware parts, and lastly your hardware parts have been broken and lose their tights.

For you to fix it, Remove the CPU case and let it run to see if you can the problem. But your best choice is this if you’re not confident enough to fix it by yourself contact technical computer expert to work on your damaged CPU.
