I am having conflict issues with the latest version of CCleaner and MSE. I'm constantly getting errors related to the MSE file named MSESysprep.dll. I think it’s the CCleaner that is causing it because the problem started after I downloaded and installed the latest version of CCleaner. Can you please provide me with a solution? Thank you very much.

The problem with the MSE application seems to be with corrupt registry entries, and I do not think ccleaner is the one causing that problem. The registry entries may also be missing and the reason to that may be that the system has been attacked by a virus or you might have performed some action that deleted the registry entries. CCleaner should help you fix that problem.

You therefore need to launch ccleaner and then run the registry fixer to identify all registry entries that have issues and correct them. In case ccleaner fails to correct that problem, you will need to reinstall MSE.
