I have got DELL Latitude 2110 and it had been freezing once the system starts. The main desktop starts and taskbar too but right after I click on a icon it freezes and desktop background turns white.
What to do to solve it?

Hey Frank, by the looks of it your explorer.exe is freezing up. Which is common with Windows, the cause however looks to be your hard disk or the Explorer.exe is corrupted. The means of installing back again is tricky, you need to have a Windows Recovery disk and you need to restore to the last saved recovery image or restore point. Windows 7 has a built in recovery mode, you need to boot your computer with the windows 7 DVD in the DVD drive and choose to repair your computer. You can also individually replace your explorer.exe file with the one on the windows 7 DVD through the console.
