I have several users who want to change their photos stored in Active Directory. Those photos are being used in MS-Outlook 2010. Please let me know if it is possible to clear the cache of images and sync it again with Active Directory. Thank you.

You can use the PeopleZen tool to synchronize photos from active directory.This is a free tool .So download without adoubt.Then install it in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\roxority_PeopleZen\adpic2010
Before launching PicImportADtoSP2010.exe ,review and customize the PicImportADtoSP2010.exe.config XML file which provides the following setting for customization.
ConnUser, ConnPass, ConnAuth
EmptyByDefault: This is not necessary to be changed. This is strictly responsible for fetching the humbnailPhoto/jpegPhoto property data.
