I am a windows XP user and I have been looking at a few theme options, and I have settled on the 3D theme but what I would like now is to know how to change the 3D theme of XP windows themes.
If someone can provide me with steps on how I can do this please reply to this post,

If the 3D theme you want to use is saved on your local drive then use the standard procedure to change your current theme:
1 Right click on your desktop. Select properties.
2 Windows will display a dialog box. Click on Themes and select the theme from the list. If the theme is not packaged with windows then you will need to locate the file.
3 At the bottom of the themes list, click browse.
4 Select the theme you wish to use then click on APPLY.
5 Click OK. Your new theme should then be in use.
The Microsoft Center contains numerous themes from which you can choose from.
If you do not like what Microsoft has, you can also search for more themes from the internet, all of which you can download and install like you do other programs.
After installation, you can always change the theme manually.
