Hello, I am using FrontPage 2003 to create newsletter. Now I want to send this newsletter via Outlook 2003(Exchange server). Then I chose to send file via email it says pictures are missing. My newsletter format was HTML. Is there any problem with format or what’s that?

I have read your concern and I think the reason why pictures are missing from your email is because you send the message without turning on HTML email format. Here are the steps needed to turn on HTML format in outlook;
Go ahead and open Outlook. From the Tools menu bar you need to open the Options window. Then click on the "Mail Format" tab and on the "Message Format" frame, you need to select "HTML" from the message format drop-down list. After the HTML selection is made, you can now create a new Outlook email message and it will automatically use the HTML format.
