Cannot establish connection to ACDSee inTouch services

hi,

I was trying ACDSee Pro to edit and manage photos.  After installation, I tried to connect to their inTouch services but then I got this message.  Tried connecting for several times but still I get this error.  I hope someone can provide simple steps to follow so I can establish a connection.  Just want to remind you that I am not the techie.

It seems that your system was unable to connect to their server. Try checking the stability of your internet connection. Open your web browser and then browse some web sites with it. Try watching some online videos too just to check if you have a stable internet connection. After a couple of minutes of checking the connection’s speed, try connecting again to ACDSee’s server using your ACDSee Pro application. If the next attempt is another failure, maybe their server is really unreachable at this time. Try connecting again later.

It is also possible that their server is experiencing heavy loads of traffic due to users that are simultaneously accessing their service. It’s best to visit them again during off peak hours. You may also add ACDSee Pro to your Windows Firewall to make sure it will not block the application from accessing the internet.
